Recommended for the chrono, it will allow you to gain more seconds during your efforts by optimizing the fluidity and the reduction of the frictions of your bearings.
It is recommended to lubricate your bearings with 75% grease and check them every 1000 to 3000 km depending on the weather conditions under which you rided.
